Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of AI agents deployed through the Set My Agents platform ("Platform"), operated by Arvex Global LLC ("Company", "we", "us").
This AUP supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all users ("Client", "you") of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
2. Acceptable Uses
AI agents deployed through the Platform are intended for legitimate business and productivity purposes, including but not limited to:
- Business process automation and workflow optimization;
- Customer support and engagement through automated conversations;
- Scheduling, calendar management, and task coordination;
- Research, data analysis, and information retrieval;
- Content creation, drafting, and editing assistance;
- General productivity enhancement and operational efficiency.
3. Prohibited Uses
The following uses of AI agents deployed through the Platform are strictly prohibited:
- Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: Sending bulk unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotional content to individuals who have not consented to receive them;
- Fraud & Deception: Using agents for fraudulent schemes, scams, financial deception, or any form of dishonest activity;
- Harassment & Abuse: Using agents to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or bully any individual or group;
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, data, or accounts of third parties;
- Credential Harvesting: Collecting, storing, or using login credentials, passwords, API keys, or authentication tokens of third parties without authorization;
- Phishing & Social Engineering: Creating or distributing deceptive content designed to trick users into revealing sensitive information;
- Malware Distribution: Using agents to create, distribute, or facilitate the spread of malware, ransomware, viruses, or any malicious software;
- Privacy Violations: Unauthorized collection, processing, disclosure, or sale of personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws;
- Impersonation: Using agents to impersonate real individuals, organizations, or government entities without authorization;
- Illegal Content: Generating, storing, or distributing content that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to content involving the exploitation of minors;
- Circumventing Safety Measures: Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any safety mechanisms, rate limits, or security controls implemented by the Platform or third-party services;
- Market Manipulation: Using agents for stock manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, insider trading, or any form of financial market abuse;
- DDoS & Brute Force: Conducting distributed denial-of-service attacks, brute-force attacks, or any form of network abuse;
- Any Illegal Activity: Any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws of the United States or the laws of the Client's jurisdiction.
4. Client Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for all actions performed by AI agents deployed on their behalf through the Platform, including but not limited to:
- All content generated, sent, received, or processed by the agent;
- All interactions between the agent and third parties;
- All data collected, stored, or transmitted by the agent;
- All decisions made or actions taken based on agent outputs.
The Client must actively monitor agent activity and ensure that all uses comply with this AUP, the Terms of Service, and all applicable laws. Failure to monitor does not relieve the Client of responsibility.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
Arvex Global LLC logs all agent actions for security, compliance, and quality assurance purposes. The Company reserves the right to take any of the following enforcement actions at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Suspend agents immediately if a violation of this AUP is suspected or confirmed;
- Terminate accounts without refund for serious or repeated violations;
- Report to authorities any activity that may constitute a criminal offense under applicable law;
- Implement rate limits and usage restrictions to prevent abuse and ensure platform stability;
- Activate kill switches to immediately shut down agents engaging in harmful or dangerous behavior.
The Company is under no obligation to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action when there is an imminent risk of harm.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any misuse of the Platform or any agent deployed through it, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Please include a detailed description of the suspected abuse, any relevant evidence, and the date/time of the incident.
7. Liability Transfer & Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arvex Global LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:
- Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy by the Client or their agents;
- Any third-party claims resulting from actions performed by the Client's AI agents;
- Any harm, damage, or loss caused directly or indirectly by the Client's use of the Platform;
- Any breach of applicable law by the Client or their agents.
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of the Client's account.
8. Updates to This Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the updated policy.
It is the Client's responsibility to review this AUP periodically for changes. If the Client does not agree with any modifications, they must cease use of the Platform and request account cancellation.
