• Payment data: processed exclusively via Stripe (PCI-DSS certified); we never store credit card numbers on our servers
• Usage data: pages visited, session duration, clicks, scrolls, feature interactions
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, timezone

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional notifications and service updates
• Improve the Platform, develop new features, and enhance user experience

3. International Data Transfer

Your data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States of America, using infrastructure provided by Supabase (hosted on AWS). We implement appropriate safeguards—including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest—to protect your data regardless of where it is processed.

• Stripe — payment processing
• Hosting providers — Supabase / AWS for database and infrastructure

5. Sub-processors

We engage the following sub-processors to deliver our Service:

• Supabase / AWS — hosting, database, authentication

• OpenClaw — AI agent infrastructure

All sub-processors are contractually bound to maintain security and privacy standards equivalent to or exceeding those described in this Privacy Policy.

• Account data — retained while your account is active, plus 2 years after account closure
• Transaction records — retained for 5 years for tax and legal compliance
• Server logs — retained for 1 year
• Anonymized data — may be retained indefinitely for statistical and improvement purposes
